Visions for Education™, a project of Dayspring, Inc., embodies our belief that the academic success of children in our community is directly related to their access to high quality educational settings that are intellectually rich, experientially relevant, and staffed by knowledgeable, competent, and caring individuals. Visions for Education™ has been designed to achieve these ideals as well as to demonstrate ways in which they can be achieved in schools and community-based programs.
Since 1982, Dayspring, Inc. has operated year-round early childhood education programs, conducted summer programs for school-aged children, helped to pioneer the use of developmentally appropriate computer-assisted learning for young children, sponsored educational outreach services at community events, employed community residents, supervised teacher education students, and watched with pride as former students excelled in public, private, and parochial schools. Consequently, we know our community, its people, and its issues well.
